Cancellation /Financial Responsibility Policy

Prior to your initial complimentary consultation, we would like to make sure you are familiar with our cancellation policy.  When you schedule an appointment with DermaCare Brickell, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality of service. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth, hassle free experience.

All patients booking new appointments for treatment are required to leave a non-refundable deposit in order secure the appointment. The deposit will go towards your scheduled treatment. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be lost and a second deposit will be required to re-schedule.

Any pre-paid or packaged treatment not cancelled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time, will be lost.

 

LATE POLICY:

Please call if you are running late. If we have not heard from you within 15 minutes after the scheduled starting time, the appointment will be considered a cancellation and the deposit and/or pre-paid treatment will be lost. If you arrive over 15 minutes late to an appointment it may be shortened or considered cancelled depending on availability. Please be on time.
